Terms of Service

1. Acceptance

By creating an account, submitting a request or using the platform, you agree to these Terms, the Privacy Policy, Refund Policy, Acceptable Use Policy and Identity-Service Consent.

2. Eligibility and authority

You must provide accurate information and may submit identity information only for yourself or for a person who has clearly authorised you. You are responsible for protecting your account and for activity performed through it.

3. Our role

ODE Tech Hub assists customers with digital identity and business-service requests. We are an independent service platform and are not NIMC, NIBSS, CAC, JRB, a bank or another government agency. Final approval, verification, processing time and record changes remain subject to the responsible institution and authorised service channels.

4. Requests and documents

You must review every form before submission. False, altered, incomplete or unauthorised information may cause delay, rejection, suspension and reporting to the appropriate authority. We may request additional evidence where reasonably necessary.

5. Prices, payment and wallet

Displayed prices apply to the selected service at the time of submission unless a clear correction is required. Any government, provider or processing charge will be disclosed before payment where applicable. A request is not guaranteed until required payment and information have been received.

Wallet balances are prepaid credits for eligible ODE Tech Hub services. They are not a bank account, deposit or investment, do not earn interest and are not transferable between customers. A wallet is credited only after payment is independently verified. Withdrawal is not generally available, but valid refunds remain governed by the Refund Policy and applicable law.

6. Processing and delivery

Status updates are provided through the dashboard. Any completion estimate is an estimate, not a guarantee. Completed results are delivered to the customer account or registered email where available.

7. Customer responsibility

You are responsible for confirming that delivered information matches your request and for notifying us promptly of any issue. You must not share protected results with unauthorised persons.

8. Suspension

We may refuse or suspend a request where we reasonably suspect fraud, impersonation, forged documentation, unlawful access, abuse of the platform or a risk to another person’s identity.

9. Liability

ODE Tech Hub is responsible for delivering its services with reasonable care. We are not responsible for delays, rejection or changes controlled by an external institution, except to the extent that loss results from our own breach or applicable law provides otherwise. Nothing in these Terms removes a right that cannot legally be excluded.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Customers should contact us first to seek an amicable resolution before pursuing any remedy available under applicable law.
