Permitted use

You may submit a request for yourself or for another person who has expressly authorised you, using truthful information and genuine supporting documents.

Prohibited use

• Accessing, verifying, retrieving, changing or delinking another person’s identity information without authority.
• Impersonation, identity theft, fraud, harassment or surveillance.
• Submitting forged, altered, stolen or misleading documents.
• Attempting to bypass account controls, security checks, payment requirements or service limits.
• Uploading malware, harmful code or content unrelated to the selected service.
• Reselling services without required approval, licence or a valid vendor arrangement.
• Using results for discrimination, unlawful profiling or any purpose prohibited by law.

Enforcement

We may reject a request, restrict an account, preserve relevant records or report suspected unlawful activity where reasonably necessary to protect customers, the platform or the public.
