2. Information we collect

Depending on the selected service, we may collect names, contact details, NIN, BVN, dates of birth, addresses, business information, service references, supporting documents, transaction records and account activity. We collect only information required to process, secure and support the request.

3. How we use information

We use submitted information to verify authority and consent, process the requested service, communicate status, deliver results, prevent fraud, maintain service records, resolve complaints and comply with applicable law.

4. Legal basis and consent

Processing is based on the customer’s informed consent, performance of the requested service, legitimate security and record-keeping needs, and any applicable legal obligation. A person submitting information for another individual must have valid authority from that individual.

5. Sharing and service providers

Information may be shared only as necessary with authorised service providers, identity-verification channels, payment processors, hosting providers, professional advisers or competent authorities. ODE Tech Hub does not sell personal information.

6. Security and retention

We use access controls, protected storage and restricted administrative access. Temporary modification credentials are encrypted and deleted after authorised one-time viewing. Other records are retained only for as long as reasonably required for service delivery, dispute resolution, fraud prevention and legal compliance.

7. Your rights

You may request access, correction, restriction, deletion where legally available, withdrawal of consent for future processing, or information about how your data is used. Some records may need to be retained where a service is already processing or the law requires retention.

8. Children

A request involving a person under 18 must be submitted or authorised by a parent, guardian or other person legally permitted to act for the child.
